EMBRACEEmbrace is the first series 've ever read and thoroughly enjoyed (sorry Junie B.) Embrace follows 17 year old Violet whose world gets turned upside down on her birthday. It's an amazing read for someone like me who loves fantasy, teen angsty slow-burns. But don't take my word for it, give it a read!
Vampire AcademyMy love for Vampire Academy actually started with it's movie. Controversial, I know, but I enjoyed it enough to seek out more in the books. Vampire Academy is one of those books where you get to grow up with the characters. Though did not complete the series, I made it up to book 4 Spirit Bound, and it is a really good storyline. If you're into vampires, duty, and romance, give it a try!

Hush, HushHush, Hush is for sure an all-time favorite of mine. I first discovered Hush, Hush in my high school library. I read the first one and became entranced by the story and the characters. I loved it so much, I convinced my librarian to order the rest of the series for me.
The Fault in Our StarsOkay? Okay. Do not read The Fault in Our Stars if you are not prepared to cry, laugh, and then cry a little bit more. I read The Fault in Our Stars in high school, and it completely changed my outlook on life. There are so many teachable moments in this book and I attribute that to John Green.
